What we do
BEN Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is an investment holding company incorporated in 2018 for strategic acquisitions into selected companies of the former EAP Group. The strategic transaction was completed by acquiring EAP Broadcasting (Pvt) Ltd, Swarnamahal Jewellers (Pvt) Ltd, EAP Films and Theatres (Pvt) Ltd, Sapphire Hotel, Hotel Concord Grand, and several other investment properties.
The Group also has invested in the civil security company, EAP Securities (Pvt) Ltd and Agriculture through the acquisition of EAP Agri business (Pvt) Ltd.
BEN Holdings is presently on a rapid inorganic growth drive of its key businesses which envisages the expansion of its retail and theatres footprint as well as a stronger presence in the media industry.
The group has strong systems and processes backed by professional management teams for each strategic business unit who work independently in consultation with the board of directors.
